Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments. Record Product Receipt in Quick-books and Salesforce. Verify accuracy of received items against purchase orders or invoices

- Prepare Outgoing Shipment of Products to Customers Using UPS World-ship and other courier portals. This includes picking, packing, and labeling items

- Receive and record Customer Returns, Ship Customer Returns to Manufacturers for Repair, Record all Return Merchandise activity in Quick-books and Sales-force
- Unload and load trucks using various equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Organize and store received items in designated locations within the warehouse
- Maintain inventory accuracy by performing regular cycle counts and working with the Accounting department to reconcile discrepancies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Experience with order picking, shipping receiving, and warehouse operations is preferred
- Experience with or willingness to learn Quickbooks and Salesforce software programs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic math calculations

- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

-Strong inter-office relations skills.
- Knowledge of distribution center operations and inventory management practices

-Strong attendance and punctuality are required.
